Ilegal charges to my card

I've ended my account with Present Total Benefits six-month after I signed up for this program. During calls they moved me to various divisions stating that they're not the best division to stop my account. Lastly I'll find the correct division (?) and they stated that my account is terminated and also the costs may quit. I actually sent emails plus they established my termination. Then the following month my spouse will discover the regular account costs of $5.95 again on our card. Then I named over and over for around 12 months.in July they ceased getting my card. Subsequently in July I observe that they're attempting to cost my card again. Then I named them and that I stated that their costs are illegitimate and that I require them to prevent immediately since I'll prosecute them. They instantly delivered me to some Boss to become taken care off - no further exchanges to various divisions!!! After I quit my information I named my charge card organization and that I documented them. I requested the charge card organization to dam the corporation from getting my card since is illegitimate and that I terminated my account together twelve months before. I stuffed a criticism and requested my charge card organization to obtain my money-back going back 12 weeks. Subsequently two hours later Present Total Benefits named me and stated that they'll credit my bill back using the quantity for several weeks they charged my card while my account was terminated. They understood they were incorrect by getting my consideration while I had been not really a member anymore.
