Can never fill a simple prescription with multiple delays

3 times trying to get one prescription filled. Three times they say they are filling it but then stop to validate address. Three times we have validated address - same address as orignally ordered.

Now after third time they say they are not going to fill it because there is not a generic to it without going back to the daughter.

Same script as one year ago when they ILLEGALLY substituted a generic that resulted in health issues because they is no generic. Went to doctor wherein they quickly idenitifed the problem.

As yo can see - long history with a company known for its great incompetence. Whenver I mention an issue there is always someone who jokes back and says, "Do you use Medoc?..." and then they tell their own sordid stories.

Any one know how to file a complaint through the government for such incompentance that impacts health?
