Baby Registry

My wife and I registered at Babies R Us.
Someone had called Babies R Us and lied about purchasing items and had them taken off our registry with out our knowledge. Babies R Us did not ask for a receipt or confirmation number, NOTHING. How can a buisness like Babies R Us let something like this happen? So Ibasically anyone can call and have any number of items taken off someones registry? When I contacted them to let them know what happened they said they would investigate the matter. After there so called investigation all they did was add the items back on to our registry. It is a little late for that now since my wifes shower was this past saturday. I would definately think twice before registering at Babies R Us.
