Obama Plan Offer Led to Higher Principal and Forced Refinance

Chase sent me a tag letter informing me that we were "pre qualified" for a new program that the President had made available... It was called "the Obama plan"... They sent us paper work showing how much our monthly payment would be if we would just sign... We signed and they took us on a journey... They stalled us kept on promising a lower payment... All the while they were secretly trying to get me n my wife to default on the house... We didnt so the switch us off the "Obama plan" because we didnt qualified afterall... But our principal had risen 60 grand... So they were gonna foreclose... So I had to spend money to get refinance...
