Chase sent me a tag letter informing me that we were "pre qualified" for a new program that the President had mad availible... It was called "the Obama plan"... They sent us paper work showing how much our monthly payment would be if we would just sign... We signed and they took us on a journey... They stalled us kept on promising a lower payment... All the while they were secretly trying to get me n my wife to defualt on the house... We didnt so the switch us off the "OBAMA plan" because we didnt quilified afterall... But our pricible had risen 60 grand... So they were gonna forclose... So i had to spend money to get refinanace...
