Mortgage - Loan Modification

I first contacted Chase in Dec. 2008 for a home modification loan. I sent in all the info including hardship letter.
I never heard back from anyone. Yesterday, I contacted Jennifer, a "specialist" in trial modification.
She told me that Chase Bank never had an obligation to help people in trouble
with their mortgages. She suggested I call President Obama to find out where the money was for the 4 million people
this program was to help. Chase is a total scam. They used the bailout money to buy up smaller banks for their own profit. I do not know 1 person who ever received a lower rate or principle. My Senator told me to contact a H.U.D. Approved counseling agency to help. The last thing Jennifer told me was "Why don't you just sell your home and get out of debt?" Thanks
a lot Chase, but living in a cardboard box is not in my future plans. I hope Jennifer is in the same situation I am some day. If not for the bailout money,
she would not even have a job. Thanks
