Like so many others I subscribed to the £5 trial month and then decided that the site was awful and I would leave. I took a very long time trying to figure out how to cancel my subscription and as per the instructions I found I faxed my details to them with plenty of time to cancel. I was then horrified to find that I was charged £149.99 two weeks later! I have emailed to complain and ask for a refund but have had no reply. This site is a sham and a bunch of thieves! Never have I had such bad service from an online provider.
