I ordered i free sample of Bellaplex for the sum of $1.99 which was taken out of my account on the 30th April. On recieving the product a letter was produced saying over the next 2 months I would be charged $42 for 2 bottles of Bellaplex. The sum of $42.76 was taken out of my account on the 8th of june, again on the 6th july $43.56, I have not recieved any products by this time so I emailed the company to complain and cancel my subscription, I recieved no reply and a further sum of $42.78 was taken out of my account on 1st of august.
In the meantime I had contacted them via email again to refund my money and also cancel my subscription, I had no reply, I then call the numbers provided to the customer services to complain and they put the phone down whilst I was asking them to refund my money and cancel my subscription. A further $69.96 was taken out of my account on the 3rd september, once again I called and emailed the company only to get the same responce, since then a further payment of $69.99 dollars was taken out of my account on the 5th october. They have not cancelled my subcription and I have not recieved any products apart from the free samples.
