Paid 9.99 for trial. Was given 30 days to look over. Chose it was not for me after reviewing and then tried calling within two weeks after receiving trial package. Wasn't able to reach anyone by phone so sent email explaining that I was not interested. Closed account.

A month later found $69.95 charge on credit card so I phoned them. After spending a very long time to get through, finally got someone to tell me I did not close account. Even though I sent them an email with explicit instructions to close account because I didn't find it was for me, they said it wasn't proper procedure so that cancellation was void.

I followed the instructions as given in the package which says: "Unless youc cancel your subscription to the Internet Speedway Online Services in writing prior to the expiration of the Introductory Subscription Periond, upon expiration of the Introductory Subscription Period, you will be responsible for ongoing subscripion fees for the Internet Speedway Online Services." And it continues explaining how they will be charging...

I am being charged $69.95 for 6 months for a program I am not using and cannot cancel because of false negotiations and lies. I wish to warn anyone thinking of becoming involved with this organization to beware, once they have your credit card they will find a way to collect the undisclosed amount. When I tried speaking with reps from ISpeedway, they ran circles around my rights to cancel and blamed me for not following protocol.

Hope this will help someone before they are robbed their money.
