I signed up for a 3 day trial period with Download Provider for $1.95 and immediately decided to cancel my account because of it's inferior service. I followed the instructions to cancel my account with myonlinebiller.com. They couldn't do anything because they couldn't even find my information to prove I had an account. I never received a confirmation email from Download Provider with a confirmation number or ID number. Myonlinebiller then told me to contact the company that actually charged me - Media Crawler.By the time I was pointed in their direction, the 3 days had come and gone and I was charged the full $79.95! I have been trying to get a refund ever since, but I've been getting nowhere. I've written to all three "players" in this scam. Download Provider, Myonlinebiller and Media Crawler with frustrating and infuriating results! How can I get my money back?
