I got a call from this company stating they could rent out my getaway weeks for some events they had comming us as long as i payed a upfront fee. When my husband came home he chose not to go foward wth it sl we could give them to out freinds at our family reunion. After speaking with customer service and explaining my situation they refunded me within 48 hours. Not sure about other situations posted here but i read this information before i agreed and didnt find that i fall into any of these categories.
