I payed rent there and handed it to the women in charge of taking it. The i get a note on my door about me being late. So i go and talk to her she said she remember me coming in and paying it. The problem was that i didnt have the stub. She said that she would look for it and if she didnt find it she would get a hold of me about it. She never called so i thought everything was ok. Then when im moving out all of the sudden (about 3 weeks after talking to her) she cant find it or couldnt find it and now i owe them for rent i payed and for late fees and anything else they want to charge me for. They are very big at smiling at you as they charge you unreal fees. If your late 150 then everyday extra5 dollars then to give you the letter 25 so by the time you can get it all together you payed then the rent you owed and almost another months rent. The army is black listing them so that no more military get taken advantage again. The apartmens are small and they have ants real bad also they fix things half way and find so way it was your fault and charge you so DONT RENT from there. Oh and there all fake!!!
