We recieved a call from a Anna Davis from Company Travel Network about selling our getaway weeks from Orange Lake Resort. I questioned it as being a scam but took down the information and did a search on the internet. I could not find any information about it being a scam. Later in the week "Anna" called back and got ahold of my husband. She gave him the same spill and he fell for it. He has called back and talked with someone but said they have not been sold. Yesterday we got a call from Eastern Executive Property and Funding stating that they have sold our weeks and needed to set a closing date. They had sold them for $1500 a piece totaling $18,000. Since it was over $15,000 then we would have to pay a "stamp" fee before we could get the $18,000. That would be $2183.50. Of course, we are not falling for this again. I hope we can get the word out and hope we can stop someone else from being scammed.
