2 years in a row they don't send me my reqwards check - American Express

This is the 2nd year in a row that Amex said they mailed my rewards refund that I have yet to recieve. Same Pattern every year, I stop getting paper statements in December even though I am signed up for them and I never get my Check. Then I mysteriously start getting paper statements again after the period they say they will cut the checks and tell me i am no longer eligable. They say its now on my March statement, which I have yet to see. If it does not come next week, I will cancel the card and never again use Amex. They are doing business like US Bank im suprised they dont have kiosks in 7/11s so they can rip off even more people.
