I bought a sectional 2 years ago with the 5 year warranty which i was told covered EVERYTHING including burns.
I called them in order to get a couple of burns fixed and the bottom cushions re stuffed since they lost their shape. The tech came in for 2 minutes took some pictures and left, i get a call today saying that the warranty is void because of abuse and neglect which is clearly not the case, the agent that called me was extremely rude and wouldnt let me finish a sentence and when i get angry she hangs up, anyway after calling back 5 times they answered and the same agent answered and told me this is not a negotiation the warranty is void and theres nothing i can do. I dont believe a firm is allowed to do that just abusing their contracts using loopholes and just getting people to pay for false warranties, im going to try to complain to consumer protection
