Matt was vey responsive to my various questions, sent me videos to make sure I did the exercises correctly, and was in touch with me to encourage me to keep up with the exercise plan and give me advice on how to change my lifestyle to a healthy one.
The ChangingShape.com website is very user-friendly and has sections for nutrition, exercise, coach check-ins, and keeping tack of one%u2019s progress and goals.
Matt is a fitness instructor and health companion who cares about you as an individual and is there to support you towards a fit, healthy, and productive lifestyle.
