Poor Customer Service

I was in the Ocean Beach Highway DQ tonight in Longview, WA and waited over 45 min for my order. I asked several times about it and was finally told that the order somehow got erased. I rarely go there as the customer service has always been poor, the food slow and have been at the drive thru window and watched as an employee stood at the window and chatted on her cell. I will NEVER go there again.
