As usual, they don't take orders promptly when you come to the order box. EVEN when it is slow and I was the only car!!!

There were NO cars at the drive up window, and I was the only car at the order speaker box.

It took several minutes to get anyone to answer the box, then it was "just a second". After several more minutes, I asked if they were ready to take my order yet, again, "just a second".

Eventually when she took the order for a chicken sandwich and a burger, she had trouble with the order.

Got to the window and asked for the receipt and her name. I asked FIVE times. Finally she gave me the receipt, but not her name. I got her name from another employee, it is Rosa.

She is slow, does NOT speak english well AT ALL, and has a ROTTEN ATTITUDE.

When she is on, it is ALWAYS SLOW. When there have been only 3 cars in front of me, it has taken over 22 minutes to get my order.

She waits to take orders, then when you get to the window, the order is still not ready.

If she would take an order PROMPTLY, then your "fast food" might actually be FAST.

GET RID OF HER. She is ARROGANT, RUDE and EXTREAMLY SLOW!!! She is the shift Mgr??? How did that happen???
