Worst service ever! - all food that is prepared

The nearest Dairy Queen in my town of Texarkana, Ar has the worst service ever! The last 6 times I have been there they have been out of one or more items. Every single time I have been this has been the case. On one occasion they were out of 3 things I tried to order. Tonight was the kicker, they were out of ice cream! What kind of a restaurant that specializes in frozen treats is out of ICE CREAM! Their drive thru is the absolute slowest (despite the sign in big letters on the windows that reads FASTEST DRIVE THRU in town). When you get to the window, you may as well turn your car off to save gas, because your gonna be there a while. They do not answer you on their intercom either.
