Mid City Auto-Shaun Brayden-Alfred Talyanski ripoff STOLE $1,995.00 & WONT GIVE IT BACK!

Hi. I'm writing for you from Vancouver, WA regarding a company package gone negative (to express minimal) with Mid-City Auto Repair, more particularly Al Talyanski & Shaun Brayden.

In mid December my spouse was approached via mail by Mid-City Car. They approached him in reaction to a research he'd completed. Minimal & see they'd precisely what he was searching for (a 1999 Super Duty Ford Motor) for only $1995.00. The organization appeared legit & the cost was right therefore we proceeded to provide them $1995.00 check by telephone for that motor. To create a lengthy history small, we've no cash & we've no motor. We've severe uncertainties the motor actually existed. We've all of the paperwork to back-up our tale, including a letter our attorney delivered to Mid-City Car (old 1/18/06) challenging a complete refund within 10 times of the bill of the notice.

Because this headache has started, we've since unearthed that Mid-City Car has more than 221 grievances listed using the Better Business Bureau of Iowa & by 1/26/04 the BBB suspended their account.

During our many telephone discussions to Mid-City Car in make an effort to get our money-back, we've obtained terrible abuse from Shaun Brayden. The newest was 1/27/06 @ each morning when my partner named Mid-City Car again in make an effort to get our money-back; Shaun Brayden informed him "for each moment you contact me, I am likely to maintain your cash another six months". Shaun named our house again that night & threatened physical injury towards our kids. (to which we submitted an instantaneous police statement).

I've more paperwork than anybody might envision to back-up our tale.

Did you all realize that Al Talyanski includes a new $500k house? Hmm... Wonder how they can manage that???
