Payless Solutions
They gave me false Information regarding financing, getting me into bigger debt now!

My husband and I could not keep up with our car payment causing it get reposessed. My husband saw an advertisement about Payless Solutions on the newspaper stating they would help you with your credit debts. When I contact Payless Solutions, they asked what kind of debt we were in and I gave them the whole storey regarding have a repo on our credit report and it wasn't payed in full yet. Now to be honest my creditor was Citi Auto Finance. They are and have been very understanding from there end, so Citi Auto agreed to give us a settlement deducting $10,000 from what we originally owed them.

So we agreed to contact Payless Solutions and I mentioned this is regarding a repo showing us on our credit report and I just wanted Citi Auto paid in full because we couldnt keep up with there payments. Payless Solutions agreed to pay Citi Auto and the monthly payments they gave my husband and I were reasonable so we both agreed on this contract. I faxed everything required to Payless Solutions regarding paper work from Citi Auto, I also gave them my checking account #, and they automatically deducted the first NON-REFUNDABLE payment of $301.00. I was told my Payless Solutions they would not be able to pay until that first payment was recieved so when I checked with my bank. Payless had deducted that one time payment, by this time I thought everything was good to go and Citi Auto would get paid.

Then I got a call a week later from Citi Auto that nothing was paid yet and that Citi Auto had not heard from Payless Solutions. I called many times tp Payless Solutions and all I would get from them was "were currently working on it". When I finally got a call back from Payless they told me that THEY DID NOT PAY FOR REPOSSESED CARS" By then I went off the roof, I mentioned that is not what I was told from the beginning. Citi Financial has been waiting for them to pay them off.

When my contact at Citi Financial called Payless Solutions, she was told the exact same this I was told, that Payless Solutions do not pay for repossesed vehicles". Of course the settlement I had with Citi Auto had been terminated by then, now I owed them the $10,000 they had discounted to begin with. I contacted Payless Solutions almost everyday ever since and they insist those $301.00 was a one time non refundable payment for the use of their expertise customer financial assistant they provided me, which of course I laughed.

They are not professional AT ALL. They had caused me headaches, financial stress for not helping me in something I was told they could. I have proof of everything I faxed them including the letter stating I was to cancel my account with them because they do not take care of repossed vehicles and I never receieved a call stating that is not true. I always had to contact them to get a hold of them they never called me back!!! I want to sue this company because companies like these, just take advantage of the people who are hungry to get out of debt and they know we are willing to do anything as long as they help us which they NEVER end up doing!!
