Bad Management

The store-manager (Jane) in the Potomac Area Starbucks from Darnestown Road has ended-operating her workers and adjusting them aswell. She's workers arriving on the day-off (occasionally to protect her changes) and operating them over time. She does not substitute nowadays off these days off that she requires workers to stop. Lots of the full time she's not really in the shop and you will be out "running tasks" or in the home. I am really upset concerning the over-working of the workers. She must quit requesting workers to get days down. Once the workers state that they cannot, she manipulates them-and informs them explanations why they've in the future in on the days down. This must-stop!!!
