This establishment has under age workers working without working papers they work long hours they open the store at very early morning hours without a manager present they have illegal workers they pay off the books cash this workers name is sergio whom works in the back baking they have a manager there sometimes who in my opinen is very unsanatorory she makes sandwhiches without gloves on or a hair net her hair is long and all over the food they hired this manager over other workers who were there longer the owner amyon stated he wants to only hire middle age women for the position of manage
