Workers who are Unprofessional - customer service

I love shopping at kohls but the workers at store 1188 have extremely poor attitudes! During my two hour visit I heard 4 different workers complaining non stop about the store manager, their hours and how they all get used but get paid nothing, they even were talking smack about other workers and customers and how annoying it is to pick up after them. MY impression was that they hate working there and that ALL customers annoy them. It really made me feel uncomfortable. And half the time I could'nt find the product in the Ads, and when I asked for help they kept passing me off to another person. Geez just tell me you don't know or don't have it instead of stringing me along.
