The administration in the Shackleford area is insufficient. That's in the general director-Teresa McGavran towards the supervisors that come under her. All the supervisors, aside from Sequentia Summons and Mr. John have unpleasant attitudes. They attempt to placed on the impact that it's the workers using the perceptions, however it is them. These supervisors work-in conjuction with one another. They create grievances against workers which leads to their firing. There's room to create a proper complaint against them. Workers as of this area are seriously overworked and underpaid.instruction isn't properly completed. Workers need to discover particular capabilities of the shop on the job. The boss of the organization must substitute everybody beginning with the GM on right down to the workers, perhaps it'd create JCP a much better spot to work and store.
