Miscellaneous

Last week i signed up with boost. They completely lied to me about unlimited phone, talk, text, internet and email. Today my internet and email was shut off, i called and spoke to boost and they told lme that their customers were abusing the UNLIMITED yes UNLIMITED internet usage and that i had used 1gb and they cut it off, if i wanted it to work i need to purchase a $10 card and they will deduct. 15 for every 1mg of usage. That would only last me one day!!! I asked the representative was he aware that on their website it states UNLIMITED usage and that what he is doing is FALSE ADVERTISING? And he said YES Ma'am. Can you believe he even acknowleged it, then i called the store i went to in person to buy the plan and even the store rep acknowledged it was false advertising! Ha (i had a sweet plan at att that i couldve stuck with but because boost lied to me i thought i was getting a better deal and now i can't get that same sweet deal i had with att. I contacted Jason Gibson consumer attorney in Houston tx and he says i have a case. I suggest if you have been lied to by Boost Mobile that you do the same and we form a class action suit as i am pushing this matter forward. They have outright broken the law and that is intolerable and punishable by 4x damages.
