Lost a sale

I spent 2 weeks researching a Christmas gift for my wife and went to the Kay Jewelers in the Circle Centre Mall downtown Indianapolis to get it during my lunch break. Big mistake. They had 3 people working. I was standing and looking at the piece I wanted. After 20 minutes, one of the workers finally said something to me about being with me shortly. 10 minutes later she begins helping another guy. I stood for 30 minutes without any help. During that 30 minutes, not one sale was made. The one guy took 15 minutes to ring up a customer. They are selling jewelry, not cars. What takes so long? Who only has 3 employees working the week before Christmas? Piss Poor Prior Planning & lost sales!
