When departing LAX for MiImi we were delayed by nearly 3 hours not the first that this has happened to me withAA., mechanical problems so after boarding one plane we had to get off and wait s other hour and some before we took off.
For someone who isn't scared of flying I did not feel very confident flying. It made me very anxious to the point that I vomited and was considering to get off plane bu my my mother who I was traving with insisted I stay on board which I hesitatingly did. The AA hostesses were rude and were not interested in how we felt or if we were comfortable? I thought that was their job?
When returning from Miami I had to ask 7 AA ground staff for help with getting my E ticket everyone passed me on to someone see I thought this was bad as they represent AA. I know there has been cutbacks but ticket. Still cost me alot of money and I'm hoping to get a reply and some kind if reimbursement.
