Air Tran Airways
Will never fly Air Tran again!

We were very excited to have our vacation booked through Expedia. It took all the work out of individual booking for our family vacation. However, never flying Air Tran before we were hoping for a good experience and received just the opposite. Delays are typical and we had them both coming and going 6-08-13 and 6-14-13. Also had lost checked luggage in Orlando. But the worst part was the rude flight attendant on flight 880 from Orlando to Kansas City that left Orlando at 1:30 (delayed flight from 12:30PM). We have a disabled grand daughter and were told by the airline that we could bring her medical supplies on top of the allowed carry on luggage per person. From the moment we stepped onto the plane this flight attendant rudely and loudly made it known to the plane of people that we brought too much luggage onto the plane and should have checked it. When we were departing the plane I noted her standing behind our seats with a foul look of impatience and disgust on her face and I could take no more. I relayed to her that she was being very unprofessional and in our opinion discriminating against our grand child since she knew we had medical supplies on board. I told her we would be contacting Air Tran about this type of treatment. I also feel that because Expedia endorses this airline they should be advised as well and may want to do some further checking into who they endorse especially when persons with disabilities are flying their endorsed airlines.
