I placed an order on 2/21 and after two weeks called to cancel the order as it had not been received. Someone did answer my call and confirmed the order would be a cancelled and I would receive the refund credit within a week. I have yet to receieve my refund and have called atleast 5 times and have sent numerous e-mails.in addition, they have charged my a $7.95 membership fee twice.
