Ordered through Benfranklin.com - recieved confirmation that my order was recieved. Never recieved notice of shipment.

Called and emailed many times. Finally got a one sentence reponse email from Kathy saying that my item would be shipped as soon as they recieved it. Called and finally got Kathy on the phone, said it would be shipped Tuesday (March 20). Still showing as not shipped. Wish I would have read through these before placing my order!
