This occured twice $74.99 my Chase bank took care of clearing up the charges and the next month they recomended a change of card numbers. But I have to warn the average consumer of the deceptive pratices done by this company. They set me up with a sample of Aquaderm and said call to stop any future shipments only to not to answer and cancel which by itself is a deception to continue diping into a consumers account. If the customer is old and don't watch the charges on thier bank account this continues unabated!
