Fradulent Charges Ripoff

I had forgotten that I signed up for a free trial sample until I saw that 114.32 had been deducted from my debit account twice on the same day. I immediately file a dispute and fradualent report with my bank.in researching I see there was a charge of 3.95 back in March. I also remember canceling any future automatic shipments at the time. However two months later these two charges appear on my account. I have read several of the complaints from other consumers who also experienced the same misfortune only they were charged once. I also have tried calling the two numbers 909-930-3060 and 800-566-0959. You gete a message putting you on hold a couple of times then you get a message to leave your phone number and reason for your call and someone will call you back. This never happens. If they were legit, they would be answering the phone and returnign your calls. The bank has reversed my charges pending investigation. I am waiting to see if these people are abble to convince my bank that I agreed to these charges. I don't know if they have shipped any product. The charges only recently showed up on my account. However, I will return the product, as I cancelled any future shipments at the time I ordered the free trial sample.
