On the dates below and totaling $309.96 I have been charged for products i have not yet received. I emailed them from my receipt on January 17 cancelling any future shipments. I only emailed after I was unable to get a holded of them. On two different phone calls trying to cancel I was on hold for more the 45 minutes. At that time I only had two charges. I called them last night after noticing on my bank account that I had been charged two more charges. They said they would not count my email cancelling and that I was charged for vitaderm and aqualift that they said they had just shipped and irresguardless of whether or not I receive them I was charged. I was told to mail back the unused items and they would send a refund.
I have since cancelled that card.
Does anybody have the numbers to consumer proctect agency.
I think we ought to file a class action lawsuit.
