I waited and waited for my daughters prom dress only to find the dress i ordered was the wrong colour. I have e mailed lots and lots of times only to be told i can have a 5 dollar refund and told to keep the dress - now they have increased the offer to 10 dollars and they wont except it back or give me a refund - totally useless company. They keep sending the same e mails to me now I feel like giving up but why should anyone accept the wrong item? My daughter is so upset that they wont supply the correct dress after waiting so long for it to arrive! I will never order from them again
