Ordered a prom dress for my daughter weeks ago and was told wben fid get reply to be patient and they would get the dress to us. Never happend my daughters prom last week 20th june. One very upset daughter and mum. Had rush out on day prom pay for another dress. I am disgusted and they should not be able to get away with it. No phone number to ring live chats I tried lots nobody ever replied. So much my time wasted. I want my money back and I won't stop until I get it.
