Prom dress fiasco

We ordered a prom dress from TB Dress. The website shows beautiful dresses, but that is not what was delivered. The dress was very poorly sewn, with at least 4 very noticeable flaws. It cannot be worn in its present state. We sent pictures of the dress to the company so we could get return authorization. They responded by saying the they spent a lot of money and time on the dress and the best they could do was to refund us $10 and offer a discount on a future order. DO NOT order from this company. They are a sham. Spend a little bit more from a reputable company and get a decent product.
