The same as all the other small business owners I was told that I needed to answer 3 questions in order to cancel the listing This was in November
I had not heard anything from them until today when I received a fax stating that
the account was overdue and I owed them $676.80 including interest charges, when I called and spoke to the account person who was dealing with my ac he stated that they had sent 3 statements which of course I did not receive he then said that they would send my account to a collection company and the cost would then be $1100.00
I urge all owners to never agree to any recording by this company as they are
a complete rip off I will never again agree to this type of business over the phone
