Website is gone... What now?

I ordered from this company at the end of November. I got confirmation that the money was removed from my account. I also received an e-mail from the previous owners explaining that they were selling the business due to an illness. I then received an email from the "current" owners explaining that they were acquiring the business along with all of the headaches associated with it. They assured me that they would honor my previous purchase and asked that I e-mail the order confirmation to them... Which I did. I received one more e-mail in January stating that they were still working on the orders.

Since then, I have had no contact nor have I received my merchandise or refund. I attempted to go on to the website today to send another e-mail and the site is down. Where do I go from here? Does anyone have any advice? I did send another e-mail (I keep all e-mails) to the new owners today but I haven't gotten a response. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
