Is a fraudulant scam that ripoff inoccent people

In November I received a call from a person stating that my husband had won a blood pressure monitor from a pharmacy where we bought our medicines and that they wanted to verify our shipping address. This person stated that there was a one time shipping and handling of $3.00 and wanted me to verify my account information.

I became supspicious and told him that I was not interested, but they tried to make me believe that they had my bank information by giving me the routing number of my checking accout and asking me to verify the rest of my account number. I inform this person that I was not interested.

I was informed in that in order to cancel this whole process I would need to answer some question and that I would be recorded. They asked me a lot of question in which I responded "no" to. I must have answered "yes" to one of the list of questions because somehow they got a recording of me saying the word "yes".

A month later there was a charge on my checking account for Global Living magazine. I didn't understand what it was for and tried giving them a call back. They replay the recording of me say "yes" to another question and stated that I had agree to subscribe to some magazine through them and that it was suppose to be the amount of $39.95 a month for six month. I tried to inform this person that I did not order any magazines and would like to cancel any subscription that they may have put me down for. I was informed that they would send me a form and all I needed to do was fill it out and send it back in order to cancel the subscription.

I never received this form and kept getting charge $39.95 a month until July. I never did receive any magazines and so I called back and informed them that they need to stop putting charges on my account for something that I did not authorize.

They informed me that they would and stop withdrawing money from my account. A few weeks later I recieved a call from another person stating that they were trying to refund everyone who had been ripoff by the Global Living magazine scam and would like me to verify my account number so that they could put the money back into my account.

I became very supscious and inform this person that I was not going to verify my account information over the phone and if they really wanted to reimburse me for the scam they could mail me a check for they amout that they said was owed to me. I never did received this so call reimbursement check.

This all happened over a year and a half ago and I thought it was all forgotten and over with until I received a call this morning about how I have an outstanding overdue balance with Honey Bee Media for magazines I never received. I was told that they were offering me a one time deal of paying off the remaining amount, which according to this person was $519.95, at only $300.00. All I needed to do was give him the information to go ahead and take the $300.00 out of my account or something like that.

I became angry and informed this person that I thought this was all taken care of over a year and a half ago and that I had asked them to cancel whatever it was they they were trying to sell me because I never did order or receive any magazines from them. He then preceed to threaten me by stating that if I did not pay the amount in full he would be reporting me to the credit bureau.

I am sick and tired of being scam by these people and informed them to go ahead and sue me if they want because I was more than happy to take them to court if it came to that. This is the third time they tried to scam me and each time they state that it's on behalf of this stupid Honey Bee Media which I supposely owe money to.

I hope they rot in hell for trying to scam innocent people and threatening innocent people with legal action.
