I requested a free sample of Juveneau winkle serum, paying postage of $1.99.in October I recieved another charge of $89.66 after returning a second bottle that was mailed. I was charged again on 11.21.11 although I had not received a second bottle. I called January 13 to file a Visa dispute and was told they had not received the second bottle which had been mailed. I told them I did no receive it. Lo and behhold, 3 days later a second bottle arrived. I returned it the same day. On March 7 I called again asking where my credit was, told them I returned the product and still didn't receive a refund. They were supposed to get back with me in 24 hours. I've heard nothing since!
