I ordered a free trial of the serum in September which was charged to my credit card for the amount of $AUD86.46 on 30th September. I was billed again on October 15th for the amount of $AUD87.69 but did not receive the bottle of serum. I have just received another bottle of serum and been billed for $AUD88.52. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact the company via the contact information on their home page. I have not received a reply to date. After the trial bottle I did try to cancel further deliveries but they keep on coming.
