Get with the times! Its 2012. Don't you think that its time to make the online bill pay and paperless bill feature available for consumers? Seriously just about every other utility company has the online bill pay already! Its more convenient for those of us who don't necessarily feel like coming down in person and standing on long line to pay bill! Also why does Water company force new consumers to pay bills of deceased person no longer at address? The electric and gas, cable company doesn't do this. Its an ordeal just to have the bill switched over to your name. Why can't this be done on the phone on 2012.. All you have to do is check persons credit. Etc Again get with times please! Thanks! This is not 1962 and Mayberry!
