These guys at this badly managed shop will keep your car forever! They painted my daughters car, and then broke the rear windshield. They have given us 5 different finish dates for the car. They did not want to come out of pocket to replace the windshield because it was over the cost of what they budgeted for the repairs. It has been 6 weeks now for a job that should have taken 1 week to complete as they said to lure my daughter into the deal. They do not return phone calls if they know your number. You have to go up to the shop to speak with some one and if it's Joe; he will tell you one thing and do another. This has to be one of the worst shops I have ever dealt with. They ask for all the money up front and then BS you as long as they possibly can. I'm going to the BBB about this business because they are not being honest with you when they tell you about their quality of work. I have had it with them. Do not take your car to this place unless you plan on waiting months to get it returned.
