Auto Glass Replacement (I thought)

First, I called Auto Glass repair shop and asked Ray if he could replace my windshield in my 1969 Jaguar and he said yes, not a problem, that he could order the glass out of state and would arrive in a few days, which he stated to me as well as my son who accompanied me. A few days ended up being approximately 2 months. I picked up my vehicle after many status calls on Christmas eve, 12/24. The following week I went out to wash my car and discovered that the windshield replacement was "PLASTIC". When I attempted to contact Ray on many, many occasions and was told the following - he would get back to me, he did not; he said he had to call the company that sent the plastic windshield, he was not aware that it was plastic since he did not do the work; that he would be out of town at his other shop in San Diego; that his shop would be closed for the holidays when it was not when I went to see if it was really close, he was doing full business with many customers waiting in the office. To this day Mr. Ray has not contacted me regarding his blotched job.
