They broke my windshield and would not replace it

I brought my vehicle in to have it repaired for it's regular check up by the service manager. They provided a rental car of which I was required to fill out if there were any scratches or dents or broken windshields, of which, there were none. When I picked up the vehicle the first thing I noticed on my vehicle was a cracked windshield that was not there when I dropped off the car. They said they would have the service manager contact me and, of course, I never heard from them again. Until, they called me to find out how the service was from my visit because Land Rover was going to send out a survey regarding the service provided by Land Rover East Denver. I reminded them that they broke the windshield and he said he would look in to it and I never heard back from them again. Point is, if I would have returned their rental car with a cracked windshield I would have been charged to replace the windshield of which we have quotes of 1,500.00 because it is a heated windshield.
Did I mention my tires? My Range Rover had less than 10,000 miles on it when I noticed substantial wear on the tires even though I was following the maintenance schedule provided by the manufacturer (cost to replace the tires was around $1,700.00). They told me I hit a pot hole and it knocked the rear end out of alignment. I asked how to know when the rear end is out of alignment the service tech responded " you have to bring the vehicle in to have it looked at". They never mentioned when I spent around $65,000.00 for the car that I would need to bring the car in every time I hit a pot hole to determine if my rear end is out of alignment. They took me over a rocky mountain course for my test drive "I wonder if they had to check the rear end alignment after every test drive to check the rear end alignment"?
I highly recommend shopping for cars other than Land Rover East Denver!!!
