I went online to check my balance and was very confused when i saw that the amount of £68.75 had been taken from my account which then angered me as it then put me in the red with my overdraught which i had to then increase so as not to get any charges but also i had to get in touch with my landlord because i could not make rent this month and now i will have to pay double next month. I am absolutely furious that this has happened considering i have never heard of this company. Is there any way to get this money back?
