Ordered a product, they misrepresented it, and told me i have it in 7-10 bus. Days. I went to track my order, and they could not find it, i called sut service (so rude) told me it was on back order anfd would take 4- 6 weeks, so i cancelled it. I received 4 more calls from them from cust service, and promotional dept. The promo dept said they give me it at discount with upgrades, and ship it next day at NO charge, and discount it 50 %, and break it into 4 payments and for the inconvience they caused me "gift me a 25 $ walmart card and $50 gas card"... Needless to say he chagres me MORE then the orginal price for the product, charged me for express ship and put it on ONE payment on my card, and the "free gift cards" were not free... They involved a membership to a 3rd party promotional company. I am currently waiting for them to refund my money (which could take 5-10 days (doesnt help the problems its now gonna cause with my bank acct) and i tried to "cancel" the membership to the whatever promo 3rd party i never signed up for in the 1st place! I feel i deserve compensation of some sort for the finacial issues this is gonna cause to my bankacct (my sisters wedding is Saturday) and i needed and counted on that money being in there.
