I bought a Mulberry handbag from what looked like a genuine Mulberry Sale Site. I order the goods and paid up front, received an email shortly after to confirm my order. Within 2/3 weeks i received the goods only to find it wasn't what i ordered. I first contacted them in December to arrange a refund and still battling with them to this day - March. I keep receiving emails from Fashion Pay to say someone will be in touch shortly but no one ever is. I even told them i was reporting them for Fraud to see if that would make a difference but no.
