Non-authentic purse falling apart

I bought two bags for christmas presents per month before christmas 2011 from coachsoutlet.com.

Following i already paid and the payment had cleared my lender, i study an internet article about this site they weren't real and several had difficulties with them. Therefore, i sent them to let them understand what i'd read which i had been concerned and desired, from their store, verification they were actual (not knock offs) coach bags. I acquired a contact (that we have inadvertently removed because) evading the question but declaring in very broken english that their customers haven't reported and they sell top quality product". And so i thought after reading that low-verification, i had been deceived. The bags were beautiful however and that i offered both my daughter and child-in law each their purse for holiday. My daughter's purse handle began to falloff after just the first month but she was too embarrassed to tell me for anxiety about hurting my emotions. I finally asked her yesterday why she was using her old bag and she said that both addresses had fallen off. I'd like to obtain touching them to atleast need an upgraded (since i haveam sure they'll not refund our price!) but can not appear to get the correct site. Anyone have ideas or experience working with this website? It clearly was coachsoutlet.com, not coachoutlet.com or another website. Cheers
