I purchased a handbag from which I thought was from a Mulberry Factory Outlet as it portrayed the Mulberry Website Logo. It wasn't until my payment was processed and this was in $ that I was uncomfortable as I thought I was purchasing from the UK. I immediately made contact for a tracking number and when this was not provided I contacted Jack Hante advising that I wanted to cancel my order as I felt he was selling counterfeit goods. I have been trying ever since to have my money returned and was advised by Jack Hante on last contact with him that I am to expect this within the next 15 working days which brings this to the 11 Jan. I have never known a refund to take this lenght of time and fear this maybe a scam.
